Welcome to 8 Pickleball. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website 8pickleball.com and any purchases you make through it (the “Site,” “Service,” or “Site Services”). By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use 8 pickleball if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

4. Payment & Billing

  2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers or external events beyond our control.

  3. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you when the carrier picks up the shipment from our facilities.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Warranty & Disclaimers

  1. We may offer a limited warranty for some Products. Any warranty terms (duration, exclusions, process for claims) will be stated in our Refund Policy.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS IN QUESTION.

  2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 8 Pickleball, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
